Terms of Services
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms.
Please read carefully before placing an order.
GENERAL✦ This commission is for PERSONAL USE.
✦ COMMERCIAL USE will be charged an extra x2-3 from the original price.
✦ All rights are reserved to the artist: I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
✦ The commission will be completed in my signature art style.
✦ My artwork may be used for personal display, such as profile pictures, banners, or posting on SNS with credit, or for printing for yourself, but may not be used to profit without prior agreement.
✦ AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines or minted as NFTs.
✦ I have every right to decline any commission request if it’s within my set skills.
PAYMENT & FEES✦ I will only begin the commission after full payment is received upfront.
✦ Commissioners cannot request a refund or cancel once payment has been processed.
✦ A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of MYR 100/USD 25 applies if you request that I don't post your commission publicly or use it as part of my portfolio.
✦ If a commissioner wishes to buy COMMERCIAL USE after a commission, the price will be:
Streamer Commercial Use (x2)
Merchandise Commercial Use (x3)
REVISION✦ ONLY A MAXIMUM OF 2 REVISIONS ALLOWED DURING THE SKETCH PHASE.
✦ I will send work in progress, such as sketches and line art drafts.
✦ Additional revision will be charged depending on complexity.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY✦ Estimated turnaround time: 2-3 days to 1-2 weeks in completion, depending on certain circumstances.
✦ I will let you know if any delays occur.
✦ If you wish to skip the queue and be PRIORITY. The fee will be MYR 10/ $2 USD. You will need to directly message me or state in the request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.
REFUNDS✦ I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any given time.
✦ If I am not able to complete the commission, a full refund will be given.
✦ I have every right to decline any commission request if it’s within my set skills.
✦ Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
Result in a formal complaint against you.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTSYou may:
✦ Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
✦ Print the art for yourself.
✦ Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@rabyrabyy on IG, @rabyy99 on TT & X"You may not:
✦ Use the artwork commercially without permission.
✦ Commission art/services using my design/work.
✦ Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
✦ Resell or redistribute the artwork.
✦ Modify the artwork without my consent.
✦ Use artwork purchased for personal use in merch, streaming or commercial projects.
BLACKLIST POLICY✦ Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
✦ The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
FINAL AGREEMENT✦ By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
